Description
Monroe Properties is not managing this property well and only provides 5 residential trash cans, directly under my apartment windows, for the entire building. I notified them last Wednesday that trash had not been picked up for over a week and have not heard back. The trash has not been picked up now for a couple weeks and I believe they aren’t maintaining a trash pickup contract or keeping the property clean. Can the property management company be held liable? Rats are all over
