Description
Citizen reporting that the church located at 2701 Hull Street has been vacant for some time. Says there was a crew working at the church but no one has been there for some time. There is now a dumpster that has been left and people are dumping things in and behind the dumpster which is now full. Citizen worried homeless people will come back to make beds behind the dumpster as they have done before.
