Description

In the alley behind 3405 Monument, trees on the side of the alley behind 3406 Wythe are broken, leaning and hanging down in the travel lane as well as laying on Verizon utility lines, recent gravel trucks that laid the gravel broke several trees. These are now in the way of sanitation and recycling trucks as well a private passenger vehicles.
