Description
Light on Creighton Road onto Nine Mile stays green for 90 seconds on a timer usually with zero cars coming off of Creighton onto None Mile. Backs traffic on southbound Nne Mile due to green turn signal on Nine Mile that turns green for 30 seconds with no cars turning left. Signal creates traffic issues as you sometimes sit through a cycle for no reason
