Description
I wasn't sure which Subtype this fell under, and I've sent in messages regarding litter. My inquiry is about general beautification and clean up of Carytown. Trees were taken down yet mulch and cones remain behind. The recently planted grasses serve to hide litter and food bones. When are businesses going to be held accountable to keep their immediate areas clean of trash and debris? Carytown is a hub of this city and it seemingly continues to degrade in cleanliness and upkeep.
