Description
The right side of the driving lane (east side) is crumbling and road is not a consistent driving with. In front of 4217 Echo Ho there are three differnt layers of asphalt visable showing that the road was was never paved to the same location. It appears the road is continually getting smaller and making it more narrow each time which is unsafe for vehicles and pedestrians. I would encourace street cleaning to expose and determine the hidden layers of the road before re-paving.
