Description
The City IS NOT caring for their property. I am uploading photos showing the massive growth at the edge of alley - it is difficult for me to turn into my parking spot for my son in a wheelchair. IADA issue here. Come remove all long grass and branches that are at the alley edge - AND remove the fallen tree limb in the center of YOUR property - has been there for 10 months and your cutters just go around it. It's awful.
