Description
This is the 21st St Church of God. We need the bushes cut down on the alley fence at the corner of 21st and V Street. The fence in question is for the Fairmount Pool (City of Richmond) property. Overgrown vegetation encourages unauthorized people to gather and camp on the public property. Thank you! ---- Mrs. Dowling
