Description
Portion of sidewalk is covered in mud, due to run off from prior construction at 1407 W Leigh St. Sidewalk is also uneven with missing and loose bricks due to tree roots. Owner Zarina Fazaldin has witnessed pedestrians stumble on loose bricks, and I (property manager) have had complaints from tenants about slippery conditions from mud. This sidewalk is used by elderly citizens who attend Moore Street Baptist Church, and the uneven/muddy conditions pose a risk for someone using a walker or cane.
