Description

New street trees being planted by contractors are being planted in a poor way, such as roof, flares being buried under the ground, large mounds of dirt being created on the sidewalk in trees, being planted on top of the mound instead of in the ground, contractors, leaving lots of trash, remaining on trees or around the trees where they are planted.
