Description

Red Bud Tree located near the Birdhouse Community Garden commercial composting bins. The tree branch is hanging over the brick wall and onto the sidewalk near the gazebo. The branch is still connected to the tree. I put in a request for this on 10/12 and it was closed as a "duplicate request" though the branch is still broken and attached to the tree with no indication that anyone has taken a look at it.
