Description
Homeless lady comes daily to beg for money at this intersection and her trash is accumulating. The police spoke with her today but the lady can’t physically take the accumulated trash without a vehicle. Spoke with code enforcement but they can’t enforce unless it’s private property and have a physical person to charge with the violation.
