Description
Tree roots are damaging the curb & road ..my concerns are the water utility lines are beside the tree it may cause damage to the lines ..looks like the house was built in 1978 the seems to be left behind during construction of the neighborhood..I've only been living here for 10 years I don't think this should be a cost on my behalf can the City of Richmond please help me thx
