Description
Pile of roof/ siding/ construction debris appeared at the end of street within the month. Several houses down (1004 Hill Top Drive, Richmond VA 23225) had a team of workers flipping it for sale, and workers were using the dead end of the street as a dump site. Siding color in pile/ roof debris matches the work done on 1004 Hill Top Drive. Please don't let sloppy construction groups flipping homes ruin our beautiful neighborhood. Illegal dump site, House that was flipped/ Debris dumped at end of street.
