Description
Someone (utility, city) has cut out small rectangular block sections of the road along Grove Avenue. All of them have been patched, except for one. (See image). The open hole is about 1 foot wide, 1 foot across and about 8 inches deep. It is very dangerous for bicycles righting on the right side of the road, because it forces them out into traffic. I believe this to represent an immediate danger.
