- Staff · October 9, 2025Met with J. Cardwell of PMCE and business owners at 105 & 107 to determine what needs to be done going forward. There is evidence that this is coming from apartments in this block including 105. In the course of discussion I made it clear we (DPW) are not a free trash service. Also advised 105 that the dumpster may have to be removed if this continues. It belongs to 1st-floor business at 105, but residents upstairs appear to be trying to use it. Finding it locked, they leave items alongside
