Description
put a ticket in 8 2024 #181655. Due to city planted new trees on block, two in front of my house died. Never heard anything called 6/ 2025 . Was told trees were insured and that someone would be out by 8 /2025. No new trees. I called 9/19/2025 and spoke with MS Edward in DPU who t/r to Tee in Urban Forestry after rough conversation, Tee said would have someone call me. No one did. 10/3 /2025 Calleee again 646-0681, she said oh no one called and would l get them to call you. Still waiting
