Description
Please, please do something about the timing of this light at Cary & Malvern. The pressure plates or sensors aren't working. It seems to just be on a timer. I have sat there for several minutes with no other cars around as it goes through it's entire cycle of lights. Several times I have been there at 5AM with nobody else around and it turns red, etc...
