Description

The light is not working properly. Long lines building up in the left turn lane on a Wednesday night at 8:30. If you dumbasses are going to shut down boulevard properly change the timing on the detour that has a lane closer too. Biggest incompetent traffic control plan I've ever seen. Who ever is responsible should be fired and have their license revoked if you even have a pe.
