Description
Hi, We submitted a request asking who is responsible to maintain this alley and got a violation and a response stating that adjacent property is responsible. But there are FOUR adjacent properties, one of which is us. This alley is not possible to maintain as the weeds are out of control (this used to be a wooded area). We have tried everything. It is a health and safety hazard. It needs to be paved over by the city.
