Description
There are three or four dead trees at the edge of the Bandy Field park on a hill over our property. Not sure how long dead - they were alive last summer. The trees or falling branches would affect phone and cable lines underneath. Depending on direction of fall, they appear to be w/in striking distance of our and neighbor's houses and backyard play areas frequented by kids. Our property is in Henrico (609 Gardiner Rd). My understanding is that Richmond maintains the park. Thank you.
