Description
The corner lot at 3619 Chamberlayne (red oak apartments) is again letting their grass and vegetation impede the sidewalk on the Laburnum side of the property. This is like a constant battle to keep this sidewalk clear. It gets dangerous this time of year when it gets waterlogged and forces people to walk on the verge and get closer to the road than is at all necessary.
