Description

For years, neighbors have see these cans sit in the public right-of-way 24-7. It’s our understanding that each household is responsible for moving their cans onto their property once they trash has been taken by the City. They are unsightly, smell, and attract rodents. Please exercise whatever authority necessary to have the owner comply with Richmond City regulations. Thank you for your time.
