Description
Median need immeadiate maintenance and to be put on a regular schedule of maintenance. The gutters are full of dirt and debris. Dirt leaches in to gutter and now there is grass growing in the gutter. Medians need to be edged on regular basis. Boulevard is a major gateway into Richmond and should have regular upkeep to present better. It is not a credit to the man whos name the street bears.
