Description

Uplifted panels need grinding on all 4 sides of the park. I have witnessed several falls. Last Tuesday it was my turn. I got a bruised knee and knuckles. We have been complaining about this since 1987. Now I am 68 years old. It is treacherous just taking a stroll around the park. It would not be worse if there were rocks to trip over.
