Description
The road is so rough and damaged that it is difficult for two cars to pass. One has to stop on the shoulder while the other passes. The 90 degree turn is blind and narrow and extremely dangerous. The rough road is brutal on car suspensions, bike riders no runners. Hundreds if not thousands of people use this road to access the James River Park System, Pony Pasture and the trails as well as the residents who have to navigate it daily. This is an embarrassment to the city.
