Description
Due to work done by DPU in the alley for a water leak at 802 Overbrook Rd, it seems someone tried to put down gravel in alley but didn't bring enough to fill the four-foot hole they dug up. Also, they only did the area behind the houses instead of the whole alley. Alley needs gravel as the hole is getting deeper...
