Description
This stump has been present 1 year. We want to clean up this area and landscape it. The stump encroaches onto the sidewalk. Several people have reported it. The tree crew came by and trimmed other trees, but the stump has not been addressed. The last time I reported it 4 months ago the request was reported to me as completed, but no work was done. Hence I am reporting it again. Please help!
