Description

This stump directly in front of 301 S Cherry St was unable to be ground when requested 5 years ago because it had an old guywire running through it. 2 years ago Dominion ran a new guywire so that the old one could be removed. Please look into what needs to be done to remove this stump so that a new tree can be planted. It's been 5 years since this tree was cut down.

    Duplicate to SR540719. Guy wire is still in place- site cannot be safely ground. There is currently a Redbud (Cerci’s canadensis) growing in this location.
