Description

Concrete has been dropped in Libbie in two locations which would definitely harm a cyclist; concrete near Linden Rd is basically a speed bump that is unmarked and causes. Eric,e to jolt or swerve; have reported this previously and City ignores the request. Contractors should be made to clean up after the,selves!
