Description
Laburnum and Noble Ave have bus stops. People always want to cross the street near these bus stops. There needs to be a way for them to cross safely. A yield sign, with a button to flash lights, could help. (Ideally, the maximum speed limit on Laburnum would also decrease to 30mph, so that cars can more easily stop for pedestrians.)
