Description

The gutters in front of my home have been broken for yrs- they are the only giutters in the whole neighborhood that have not been replaced. Water does not flow to the sewers at all that are in front of both houses on both sides of me creating a mudding and flooded mess when it rain. Water stays stagnant and smells. I am elderly and cannot get to the car bc of this.
