- Staff · March 18, 2026DPW has reviewed the operations of the traffic signal at Main St and Meadow St including a review of the intersection geometrics, peak hour directional turning movements, history of reported crashes, computer timing optimization considering Main and Meadow is in coordination with many other traffic signals in this part of the city. The signal equipment was found to be working as designed. The intersections levels of service are acceptable. DPW with the assistance of a traffic consultant, reviews all of this data and makes timing and phasing adjustments as needed to achieve the best overall area traffic signal operation. No changes are planned currently at Main St and Meadow St.
