Description
The alley behind the 2400 block of Grove especially the eastern end of that alley, is in dire need of gravel. When it rains, it puddles and floods the sidewalk for the apartments that are between Grove and Hanover on the Stafford end. This has needed gravel for a long time. Thank you.
