Description
Someone dumped several tires between my property line and the access road Wythemar Street. None are on my property, but a few were shoved into my trash can. I’ve removed the ones in my trash can and placed them with fhe ofher illegally dumped tires. There is a construction site directly across the street that previously had several tires stacked. They may have been moved to the residential side of the road.
