New traffic pattern is bringing lots of traffice down 33rd from forest hill. The corner of 33rd and bettie has limited line of sight which causes many near misses with cars. A 4 way stop would be beneficial in reducing that risk.

The Department of Public Works must perform an engineering study in accordance with the Federal Manual on Uniform Traffic Control Devices (MUTCD) before installing an all-way stop. This is a federal publication that applies to all streets open to public travel. An engineering study was performed in accordance with the MUTCD. The intersection W. 33rd St and Beattie St does not meet the MUTCD traffic volume requirements for an all-way stop
