Description

Someone came and did something to the utility pole on the corner of 27th and Q Street. No idea what or why they did it, but they dug up the bricks around the pole... then did not replace them correctly or safely, leaving a gaping hole where used to be filled in and nice. Not sure if this was Dominion, or Richmond City or who, but it is unacceptable to do 'work' and then not repair the damage that was done. Please fix this, thank you.
