Description
oak planted by City failed post repeated topping by Dominion contractors, stump removed 1 yr ago and residual woodchips have been mixed into the adjacent soil. Dominion power line at top of poles is now deactivated after they put utilities underground, but they have not yet removed the inactive line (on a waiting list Dominion tells me) . Request consideration for replacement with a black gum this winter. If there are no funds, request permit to plant same. I am a Tree Steward.
