Description
DPW-Citizen states that she needs a replacement trash can, she saw on her camera that the COR kept her trash can, citizen feels someone should have left a note on her door of what happen to her trash can. Also, citizen states that she want to complain about DPW COR trash workers are leaving trash and glasses in the street once the trash is being picked up.
