Description

Storage container on side of road for almost a year. Blocks line of site from intersection. There is no sidewalk and it forces pedestrians to walk into traffic

    Thank you for reporting the storage container at 1401 Garber St. DPW inspected the location and documented the container’s placement in the parking lane. I spoke with the property owner, explained that occupying the public right-of-way requires a Work-in-Streets / Right-of-Way (WISP) permit, and provided the application and submittal instructions. The owner indicated they want to comply and will either remove the unit or submit a permit application. Thanks again for helping us keep the right-of-way safe and accessible.
