Comments
- Staff · October 1, 2025Thank you for reporting the storage container at 1401 Garber St. DPW inspected the location and documented the container’s placement in the parking lane. I spoke with the property owner, explained that occupying the public right-of-way requires a Work-in-Streets / Right-of-Way (WISP) permit, and provided the application and submittal instructions. The owner indicated they want to comply and will either remove the unit or submit a permit application. Thanks again for helping us keep the right-of-way safe and accessible.
