IVY covering garage at rear of the residence at 1101 Floyd Avenue. The garage is covered in Ivy and it is against and a violation of city codes and ordinance and creates a nuisance for any dwelling including the garage at the rear of 1101 Floyd Avenue to be covered in ivy and must be removed and prevented from returning covered with Ivy.
