Description
All along Ellwood Avenue, I have encountered motorists going way above the posted speed limit and not stopping for pedestrians. Today, my dog and I were waiting to cross (SDooley & Ellwood) and the car in the left lane stopped, but as we were 1/2way into the road, I noticed the car in the right lane barreling through going well over the speed limit. I’ve also witnessed cars trying to turn onto Ellwood from Dooley or Auburn and almost getting hit because the street parking obstructs the view.
