Description

The branches are still there. The item was closed per you but has not been resolved DPW000213262. The last time this occurred I had to go to the city council. Is this the only way to handle the issue? According to Richmond Code 23-44 the branches should be where the trash pickup is located. That is where they are, in the alley behind the house. I have seen the truck go past my house several times, but NEVER in the alley.
