- Staff · September 25, 2025The average speed on Kensington Ave between N. Colonial Ave and Cleveland St ranged between 15mph and 22 mph in the 25mph zone. For the latest three full years of crash data (1.1.22– 12.31.24) DMV had three reported crashes at N. Sheppard St and one reported crash at N. Belmont Ave. A speed table is not currently planned. Crosswalks are provided at each intersection in this street section. No Parking signs are present on Kensington Ave on both curbs at Sheppard St to enhance intersection sight distance for vehicles.
