Description

The northern alley (the one closest to Grove Avenue) that runs between the 100 block of North Stafford Avenue and 100 block of North Davis Avenue is in dire need of gravel. There are many potholes that stayed filled with water days after a rainstorm -- creating breeding places for mosquitoes and therefore a public health hazard. Please consider taking care of this as soon as possible. Thanks.
