Description
Turning left onto Arthur Ashe Boulevard from Ellen Road seems broken. First the traffic light only is green to turn left for about 10 to 15 seconds. That is light, but could be manageable, but there's one other problem. The second problem is that when the light turns green, there's no where to actually turn because the entire road is already backed up waiting to get on 95 because the lights are not synced up. So often times ZERO cars can actually turn left onto Arthur Ashe Boulevard.
