Description

First requests were marked as duplicates, even though they were for two different trees and two different houses. Neither request was resolved even though they were marked as completed. Remove hanging branches from city trees (IDs: 109494 and 109495) in private property airspace at 2103 Halifax Ave and 2105 Halifax Ave (both property owners need limbs removed from both front yard air space.)
