Description
Large bush overgrowth is blocking the sight line into the alley between 31st and 32nd St on Leigh. Walking down Leigh towards 32nd, you cannot see if a car is coming down the alley until you are standing in the middle of it. Similarly, cars pulling out of the alley cannot see pedestrians or cars.
