Description
The intersection of 32nd and Clay needs no parking signs on all corners to deter parking near the intersection. Cars are constantly parked right near the stop signs, blocking crosswalks,and the fire hydrant. Visibility crossing over Clay on 32nd is poor because of this, and Clay traffic does not have a stop sign making it dangerous.
