Description
This alley was in good condition before city pipe repairs in 2023/2024. Patches placed then have failed multiple times despite prior service requests (May 2024, Feb 2025, July 2025). In Sept 2025 only some holes were patched, others left unaddressed. The cycle of patching has not solved the problem. Potholes are worsening and the center is sinking. A full resurfacing or reconstruction is needed. Photos attached.
